All prices listed above are fixed for one year of service.
After the first year, if you wish to continue working with Fox Tech Energy, a renewal fee of 75% of the original price will apply. This covers full maintenance and system improvements.

If you prefer not to continue with a yearly subscription, you can still choose one-time maintenance or repair services as needed.

1. Select a package that meets your company’s or your individual needs.
2. Explain everything you want to include in the system.
3. Once the price agreement is finalized, please pay the agreed upon price, at least 75%.
4. Wait for the application creation process. Once completed, a demo of the program will be provided. If any revisions are needed, please contact our team directly.
5. If you feel our work is not up to par, please pay any remaining balance, and the system will be released to the customer.

Repairs and maintenance are free for as long as you remain subscribed to us. Repairs and maintenance are limited to existing procedures or features. Any additional procedures or features will result in a recalculation of the cost of the additional features, procedures, or logic.

The warranty applies only to existing features, procedures, or logic, as well as to server and domain related services. Beyond that, no warranty is provided. The warranty is valid as long as the customer remains subscribed to us. If the customer no longer subscribes, the warranty, maintenance, and repairs will no longer apply.
